The short answer is that we went looking for it and could not find it. The long answer involves a lot of driving, a spreadsheet of seventy four parcels, and a conversation about what we actually want the next twenty years to look like.

The greenhouse has to work on its own for three years and then become the first wing of something four times its size. That constraint changes the orientation, the floor level, the service routing, and one entire elevation.
