Somewhere between the trees and the water.
A destination in the Pine Barrens, twenty minutes from the Atlantic City boardwalk. Weddings, gatherings, and a place worth returning to long after the last one.
Six things, and the same ground holds all of them.
Most places do one of these properly and bolt the rest on afterwards. A spa run by people who do not use one. A lake stocked with whatever photographs well. Here the five are the reason the property is laid out the way it is, and they are the reason there is something to do in February.

The property sits inside the Pinelands, which is protected ground and regulated as such. What gets built is shaped by what the land will carry, and we would rather say that plainly than make claims we cannot yet stand behind.
This is not a wedding venue. It is a landscape that happens to hold one.
Most venues sell a room, a caterer, and six hours. Green Tree Coast sells the ground itself: a forest clearing, a glass house full of candlelight, a working farm, water you can put a boat on, and eventually a table fed by the land you walked in through.
It opens small and on purpose. Twenty to fifty guests, a ceremony in a natural opening in the pines, and a lavender field planted before the building went up. Everything after that is earned by what the first phase makes.

Stay in the pines. Play on the coast. Everything Atlantic City has, and none of what it costs you at night.
A better week than a casino tower.
Millions of people come to Atlantic City every year, and a great many of them do not want what Atlantic City is after dark. They want the beach, the boardwalk, the restaurants and the shows. Then they want to go somewhere quiet.
On the sand in half an hour. Back to a lake, a fire, and a house built for one particular stand of cedar.
Put a hundred guests somewhere beautiful without asking any of them to give up the shore. The weekend does not have to choose.
The shore has a season. The pines do not. Fishing, sport, spa and the table give the property a reason to be full in November.
Arrival to departure, by design.
The forest clearing becomes the product. Four movements, each one a different room with no walls, and none of them dependent on the weather holding.

We are building this in the open. Land, permits, the first planting, the greenhouse going up. Roughly one note a month, and the first word when dates open.
No deposits, no held dates, nothing to cancel. We will not ask for money for a date we cannot yet promise.
