Weekday availability is the angle. Saturdays belong to weddings, which means Tuesday through Thursday is when this property is at its quietest and its best value.
What it is good for
One hour from Philadelphia, two from New York, twenty minutes from Atlantic City. Close enough to be easy, far enough that nobody checks out early.

We are building this in the open. Land, permits, the first planting, the greenhouse going up. Roughly one note a month, and the first word when dates open.
