Is the venue open yet?
No. We are pre-opening, targeting a first season in 2027. Land acquisition and approvals are in progress. This site shows the full vision because that is what we are building. None of it stands yet, and we will keep saying so plainly until it does.
Can I visit?
Not yet. Once the land closes we will run walk-throughs for people on the list, well before the greenhouse is finished. Join the list and you will be told when.
What happens if construction is delayed?
We will tell you as early as we know, and we will not have taken your money. We are not accepting deposits for dates we cannot yet promise. When we do open bookings, any deposit will be fully refundable if we are not ready for your date.
How many guests?
Twenty to fifty at opening, seated, and up to eighty standing. A later phase raises that to a hundred and fifty, and that is the permanent ceiling. We are not going to become a large venue.
Do you have a caterer?
We do not cater. You choose from our curated list, or bring your own for approval. We take no commission on what you spend with them.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. New Jersey permits it at an unlicensed venue, and it saves you a great deal of money. It must be served by certified bartenders, no self service, and there are strict identification checks.
Is there parking?
Yes, screened from the event area, with a shuttle for the last stretch. Guests do not see a car park from anywhere they will be standing.
Is it accessible?
Yes. Accessible parking, an accessible route from parking to the ceremony and reception areas, and accessible restrooms. Some of the wilder parts of the property are uneven ground, and we will be straight with you about which.
What is the weather backup?
There is not one, because there does not need to be. The greenhouse is heated and cooled and seats everyone. A wet ceremony moves indoors and still looks like the reason you booked.
Where do guests stay?
For now, Atlantic City and Galloway, both close. Houses on the property come in a later phase. That proximity is deliberate: guests get the shore and the quiet in the same weekend.
What are the hours?
Music stops at ten, premises are clear by eleven. Those are limits we volunteered ourselves rather than ones imposed on us, and they are part of why this property can exist at all.
