Elopements

Two hours. Twelve people. No planning.

Somewhere between a courthouse and a wedding. You arrive, you walk into the clearing, you get married, you have a glass of something in the greenhouse, and you leave. That is the whole thing.

Morning light through the pines. The elopement window is early, when the property is quietest.

How simple it actually is

Pick a date

Weekday mornings and late afternoons, from April through October.

Tell us who is coming

Up to twelve people including you. That is the cap and we do not stretch it.

We handle the rest

Officiant from our network if you need one, chairs if you want them, a photographer if you ask.

Arrive

Two to three hours on the property. No timeline, no coordinator, no schedule taped to a wall.

Elopement

$2,500 to $4,500

Two to three hours, ceremony clearing, up to twelve guests, greenhouse for a toast.

Add on

$500 to $800

Engagement or portrait session, one hour at golden hour, on a separate day.

Second marriages are a large part of who books this, and it is worth saying that we understand the difference. Nobody here will ask you about a colour scheme.

Just the two of you

Out on the water before anyone else is up.

An elopement here is not a ceremony squeezed into a smaller room. It is the quietest hour on the property, which happens to be the best one, and then the rest of the day is yours.

Boats on the lake at first light. Mist on the water and nobody else on it.

Be told first.

We are building this in the open. Land, permits, the first planting, the greenhouse going up. Roughly one note a month, and the first word when dates open.

No deposits, no held dates, nothing to cancel. We will not ask for money for a date we cannot yet promise.
